• Documented proficiency in commercial brokerage by actively maintaining a geographical submarket focus area and specializing in the raw land and emerging development opportunities for everyone from the small local investor to regional power center developers, TIC, Institutional and REIT Investors.

• Appraisal analysis of more than 100 commercial properties including office, retail (single tenant to regional power center), industrial, petroleum / C-store facilities, multifamily, condominium conversion, and numerous other property types with varying degrees and types of ownership interests. Intensive market research, investment analysis, narrative report writing, lease evaluation and complex financial analysis. Additionally I have personally conducted the appraisal of more than 300 residential properties.

• Successfully managed the pre-construction site development process of over one hundred wireless telecommunications facilities (cell towers / rooftops / co-location) in multiple markets and zoning jurisdictions with multiple vendors, contractors and interdepartmental teams. Primarily accountable for site acquisition, entitlement, permitting, vendor management, due diligence, project management and reporting.

• Performed due diligence, investment and risk analysis of multi-million dollar commercial loan portfolios for B-pieced buyers of commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS). Also performed lending decision-based underwriting of multifamily, retail, and numerous other property types in numerous markets across the country. Intense financial modeling, market research, risk analysis and credit committee presentations as well as project management of the securitization process and rating agency documentation approvals.

• Effectively managed a portfolio in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of retail, office, and industrial property ranging in classification from A to D including all aspects of property management from lease negotiations, make-ready construction coordination, vendor management and tenant relations.
