Directed daily operations of large team of web professionals including writers, copy editors, designers, information architects, and production coordinators. Analyzed workflow, established priorities, developed standards and set deadlines. Complete life cycle project management for small to medium projects. Provided monthly and quarterly production metrics for senior management. Hands-on editor for all content. Worked closely with managers from multiple creative, development and business areas.

• Identified opportunities to improve production processes. Created new review and tracking processes that reduced the number of production releases by at least 20% each month.

Served as interface between multiple business units and development areas for a B2B correspondent lending website, which generated over $8 billion of loan commitments each month. • Moved a very high volume of work through the system. I created up to two major and six minor releases each week, managing projects using a Countrywide SDLC system that I beta tested and helped define and debug.

• Built a team from scratch of web developers, producers, writers and artists. I managed their daily activities and provided career development counseling and opportunities.
