? Determination of geographic account attributes

? Maintenance of customer accounts within the meter route design (cycle, route, and sequencing)

? Creation/maintenance of meter route maps

? Provision of annexation address information

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Maintain files and indexes for address plat maps

? Maintain phone lines to assist customers (internal/external) with address/account setup request and inquiries

? Research using extensive plats to create and assign address information including: layout of new street block ranges, new address assignments and resolution of address discrepancies (duplicate and out of range addresses)

? Set up new street/account records in Customer Information System (CIS)

? Determine billing cycle, meter route, jurisdictional and revenue area codes from geographic location

? Create/maintain address points and meter route map information in Geographic Information System (GIS)

? Provide address plat information for new customers

? Sequence customer account records within meter route design: this includes new accounts from customer meter orders, reroutes and equalization of meter routes

? Identify customer addresses/accounts within newly annexed/de-annexed geographic areas

I have earned 85 college semester hours concentrating on a degree in Electrical Engineering. I bring a strong desire to learn and the ability to follow directives that produce the desired results. I was able to move to the position of assistant manager at Bally’s in a short period of time as a result of these characteristics. I earned an A in AutoCAD R.12 and I earned a B in Engineering Design Graphics, which included transferring hand drawings to AutoCAD for computer graphic illustration. In addition, I was taught a working knowledge of the practical approaches taken in the solution of many problems. Also, I have experience with Microstation and G.I.S. from previous employers. I have completed several advanced classes such as Calculus (I, II, III), physics for engineers. From these courses, and job experience, I learned how to prepare drawings, work with others, and work hard to get the job finished in a timely manner.
