Identified and remedied many gaps in the HR program including, but not limited to, benefit programs, new hire orientation, recruiting efforts, document retention, employee manual revisions, professional development processes, employee recognition initiatives, and 401k tracking.

Managed over 200 active leave of absences between 1,000 employees across two customer service centers located in N. Little Rock, AR and Radcliff, KY.

Assisted in creating, implementing and administering a new LOA process which resulted in $250k Type II savings.

Work efforts helped raise Voice of the Employee scores regarding leave management by 17%.

Decreased both intermittent and continuous leaves of absences creating a more present workforce and a reduction of overtime hours.

Pro-actively evaluated HR metrics then provided recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Lead government and non-government compliance including, but not limited to, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Workers compensation (WC), short and long term disabilities, risk management, and return to work polices.
