This investigation was to study the effect of pH & temperature on the performance of stabilization process by sodium silicate on bleaching of cotton fabrics, the catalytic decomposition of some anions on the hydrogen peroxide in impregnation bath of cotton fabric bleaching. The experimental design of Box-Wilson method was adopted to find the relationships between hydrogen peroxide decomposition, whiteness degree and breaking strength of fabric as functions to temperature, pH and stabilization agent. Familiar and knowledge with bunch scale apparatus, water analysis, pH regulations, color spectrophotometer.
