2.) To Check Room Status For The Day / Expected Arrival & Departure. (Using Pms / Fidelio / Opera System).

3.) Attending Housekeeping Desk, Handling All Phone Calls And Passed it To Concern Person, And Entered All Calls in Guest Call Register.

4.) Make Daily Occupancy/ Discrepancy Report.

5.) Maintaining Minibar Stock and Replenishing Guestroom Minibar.

6.) Arranging Baby Sitter On The Guest Request for Certain Date/Day.

7.) Arranging Flower Order (Complimentary / Chargeable) For Guest & Hotel Staff.

8.) Handling All Lost & Found Items And Responsible For Distribute To Right Person, After Every Six Months.

9.) Maintain & Prepare All Log Book .(Like – Daily Desk Report, Key & Uniform Issuing Log Book, Supervisor’s Master Key Log Book, Lost & Found Log Book, etc.)
