After completing Masters in Fisheries Technology, I joined CP Aquaculture Pvt.

Ltd.

as a Technical officer.

In CP, I developed farm design, improved water quality management and promoted environment friendly shrimp culture technologies for sustainable production.

This improved practices helped to combat the virus problem in shrimp culture.

This was a significant contribution during the work.

Because of my significant contribution, I was offered the position of Extension Specialist under Agro-based Industries Technological Development Project (ATDP-II) Shrimp Seal of Quality and WorldFish Center's-Shrimp Quality Support Project.

In the ATDP, I further improved the shrimp culture technologies for production of safe and quality shrimp.

I planned and formed Farmers Field School along with courses and training modules.

Farmers School for the shrimp farmers was first initiated by us from the ATDP project.

I received some significant training which increases my knowledge and skill and I became international certif.
