Internships

I did two internships while I was in high school, once with Vision’s Photography with David Burris, it would have been a very good educational experience but he did not have very much business at all, I only got stuck with him because his wife was a teacher at my school. But then I got to do another internship with Tommy Sink at his studio, Tommy’s Photography, he had so much more business and I had so much fun working with him, I did two weddings, a prom, engagement, and bridal portraits with him and his partner Tammi Dunn. At the weddings and the prom I had the opportunity to take photos myself, that was a very educational and fun experience. I would only help make sure that everything was straight and pose the engagement and bridal portraits. That was still a lot of fun.

Reason on Why I Want This Opportunity

I love working with the public and helping others. I baby-sit all the time, for a 2,3,7,7, and 8 year old. I also just had a baby boy January 21, 2008. That is my pride and joy, being around children, and families. I think that this would be a great opportunity for me and would love to pursue in a career working around and with the public and in sales. And someday I hope to either own my own daycare or my own photography studio, in the far future. In the near future I want to get my C.N.A and also work in sales!
