o Deputy Project Manager, World Bank Leadership Development Project. Oversaw day-to-day contract operations; developed and monitored project schedule/Gantt chart to ensure that deadlines were met; tracked project financials; and performed quality checks on all formal client deliverables.

o Team Lead, Social Media Implementation Team. Led a three-person team tasked with educating SRA’s Human Capital practice on social media capabilities. Led the development and implementation of an interactive, custom-designed SharePoint website to facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Developed/delivered a brown bag presentation (and related job aids) to instruct the practice on how to use the extensive SharePoint functionalities, including multiple document libraries (with customized tag lists) and an RSS feed aggregator.

Researched internal and external forces expected to impact the DOT human capital management systems, workplace, and workforce. Consolidated findings to write the Environmental Scan component of the 2011-2015 DOT SHCP.

o Analyst, FEMA Executive Coaching Program 360 Assessment. Analyzed the aggregate 360 Assessment results for executives participating in the FEMA coaching program. Evaluated the scores of six raters in 65 individual competency areas to identify the areas that required further development.

o Developed a Balanced Scorecard for the Workforce Management program required by a large Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contract. Identified multiple strategic HR objectives and measures to ensure the effectiveness of the FAA Workforce Management program, which sought to manage and respond to the challenges of an aging Baby Boomer workforce over the course of a 10-year contract.

o Coordinated recruiting efforts for a project requiring the hire and contingent hire of over 45 senior-level personnel. Developed customized behavioral interview questions and rating scales for candidate interviews, and delivered an overview presentation of the corporate benefits package to potential candidates.

o Served as the official liaison between a 700-person business unit and the SRA College Recruiting Team. Participated in recruiting events at university career fairs by describing SRA’s business and culture, and student questions. Worked closely with recruiters to review candidate resumes to determine company/project fit, then coordinated in-house interviews/offers with candidates.

o Wrote a comprehensive, 27-page document on SRA’s Recruiting, Staffing, Retention, and Employee Development Plans.

o Analyzed and interpreted the results of an SRA employee satisfaction survey. Recommended improving employee productivity and morale via increased training; development of appropriate work place behavior guidelines for employees and managers; implementation of a performance/incentive-based rewards program, and development of a program to formally monitor/address employee accountability issues.
