Through the School of Community Education Department, restructured the marketing strategy and produced direct marketing pieces for specific courses thus, increasing program enrollment within 6 months of release. Coordinated and managed an international Air Traffic Control Training program hosted by Miami Dade College.
Key Accomplishments
Headed a marketing campaign for the Certified Nursing Assistant program within the School of Community Education, campaign saved the department more than $1000 per semester. Program enrollment more than doubled upon releasing the direct marketing pieces.
Produced Direct Marketing pieces for the C.N.A. program in which more than 12,000 pieces where distributed among Homestead, Florida & Florida City Florida areas.
Created and manage a 5 year marketing plan for the C.N.A. program in which results thus far have increased registration by more than 50% for 2010-2011 school year.
Restructured the ATC training program, applied a more structured schedule and focused on student’s needs throughout the program.
Coordinated opening/closing ceremonies of the ATC program, tasks include but not limited to catering, entertainment and program.
Success of the program has in turn, established an international partnership with local airports within China.
