Profile

Results-oriented, hands-on construction and development professional with 20 years

of experience in all facets of the industry. A successful track record of managing

various building types; from tenant improvements, hotels and restaurants, ground-up builds, to

specialty projects. I have run various overseas projects from inception to final turnover. Project sizes ranged from $200,000 to $5,000,000 + and multiple

project management up to $12,000,000+. I am experienced in coordinating

trades (union and open shop), developing partnerships, fast track

scheduling, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials,

vendors and clients, while maintaining costs. I am versed in contract negotiations,

project estimating, value engineering, contract buyouts, document preparation, material purchasing and site management through certification of occupancy. I have dealt with and overcome all forms of problems that create delays, budget constraints, work stoppage and pretty much anything else that can and will create difficulties on a construction project. I have worked throughout the U.S, Caribbean, Canada and multiple European locations.

Work of experience

Prime Contracting Ltd.

Sr. Project Manager

2008-2011

I oversaw the day to day production of a group of 4 Project Managers that were designated to different client bases. I authorized all final client and subcontractor contracts. I was the final stop for all problems concerning all projects. With the help of all involved, we managed to remedy all problems that arose and finished every project on time or ahead of schedule and never broke one projected budget. Our client base varied from small/large tenant improvement projects to full ground up builds. I oversaw national rollout projects for Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-Mart and Burger King. These rollouts ranged from 10 – 20 locations up to 100’s. Project sizes ranged from $ 150,000.00 to $ 5,000,000.00 with multiple projects, up to 10 – 15 running simultaneously.

revenue (labor only) in just 18 months. All of our clientele were national retailers. Our client base consisted of Wellesley Inns, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and Bed Bath and Beyond. We managed work ranging from single location builds/remodels to full national rollout programs with 50 – 200 locations.

2002-2005

Managed all the day to day responsibilities of a contracting business. Oversaw all field work, scheduling, bidding, contracts, invoicing, hiring, training, new business, and client communication. Under my direction, the business grew from 12 employees and $1,500,000 revenue (labor only) to over 85 employees and $12,000,000 revenue (labor only) within 2 years. Our client base consisted of all national retailers. Our clients were Bed Bath and Beyond, Christmas Tree Stores, Harmons, Marshalls, Wal-Mart, Dunham Sports, Lowes, Home Depot, Starbucks, Bang and Olufsen and Red Lobster/Olive Garden. I ran multiple projects simultaneously from coast to coast. At any given time, I was in charge of $ 5,000,000.00 to $ 12,000,000.00 worth of work. Project manager

1991-1998

Started out as a superintendent on commercial projects. Over the next 7 years I

advanced from site superintendent, to an estimator, then project coordinator, to
