Process:
• Handling the prospective adoptive families (Domestic, NRI as well as Foreign families) for initial adoption enquiry. In which the entire adoption procedure like counseling, documentation, legal process involved etc is explained to the prospective.
• Correspondence with the unregistered and registered families for child adoption, regarding the pre-adoption documentation, post adoption documentation, clarifying their queries etc.
• Conducting home visits, adoption studies and child proposal process for the adoptive families.
Legal Activity
• Attending court hearing in District and Family Court along with the families for the legalization process of adoption.
• Clarifying the queries by the judges.
Co-ordination Activity
• To work with Central Adoption Resource Authority, Ministry of Women and Child Development, New Delhi with regards No Objection Certificate for Inter country family.
• To work with Local Adoption Co-coordinating Agency + Department of Social Welfare State Government regarding Clearance Letter for Childs Inter-country Adoption and to work with Indian Council of Social Welfare- The scrutinizing agency in regard with legal process.
Education:
• Masters Degree in Personnel Management from University of Pune in April 2010.
• Masters Degree in Social Work with specialization in Family and Child Welfare from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in April 1999.
• Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in April 1997.
