Manage all IT operations for $300M healthcare and life sciences consulting division of Computer Sciences Corp (CSC). Serve at CIO level, supervising distributed staff of 26 direct reports. Administer multi-million dollar budget. Oversee business systems, applications, voice and data communications, servers, databases, desktop services, compliance, and procurement. Communicate extensively with remote staff in Asia to develop and implement enterprise standards and technologies. Assist sales teams. Approve IT-related spending. Ensure compliance with SOX and ISO requirements.

• Saved over $500K by establishing Executive-Level IT Steering Committee to assist with application portfolio streamlining. Introduced first formal process for requesting, approving, and implementing new services. Additionally eliminated multiple projects.
