ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE: In my role as Senior Paralegal at Waldeck, Matteuzzi & Sloan, I was directly involved in interviewing paralegals, secretaries, and associates.

• Assist in training new employees after they are hired

I have also been very involved in educating new and inexperienced paralegals. I developed and implemented a training and education program at Waldeck, Matteuzzi & Sloan, including Power Point presentations, and presented it to paralegals with no experience to three years of experience.
