The Marketing Analytics Platform will deliver a business intelligence tool which enables sales and marketing to capture and leverage information to support and provide insights into the business. The solution involves the extraction of customer level data; merging with outside lists and demographics; and includes data from Aviva transactional systems, results of sales efforts from call center and sales systems, as well as other vendor services. Create a common reporting platform with consistently defined measures and common business rules across sales and marketing for all regions.
