Experience
Fleet Lease Disposal June 1999 - Present
Senior Programmer Analyst
Maintained and added features to main application in Visual FoxPro, and participated in the design and implementation of the migration of this former Visual FoxPro application and its support programs to .NET platform. Main application and components were broken down in objects and redesigned. User interface was developed on ASP.NET using AJAX and JavaScript. I have design and develop some of the application support programs, as well as their migration to .NET 1.1 and 2.0. These support programs include windows services, web services, windows-based applications and reports in reporting services. I also worked in the design and development of reporting using Crystal Reports and the applications/components using them.
I also worked on a lead generation system for a sister company of FLD at the time designed to estimate trade-in values to a potential customer's vehicle and collecting his information to sell it to dealers. I designed and developed the customer's interface and linked it to a dealer's site. This web interface has to adapt to the style of the dealers website and I designed the back-end SQL to accomplish this. I also worked in the lead distribution system to the dealers. The site was originally built in mid 2000 in the .NET PDC version and then updated to the most current framework versions as soon as they came along.
VTL Corp. January 2001 - February 2004
Consultant
I have worked as a consultant for different companies designing and developing reports in Crystal Reports as well as the Windows Interface to use them. I created a web site for a mortgage lead reseller company that allows a customer to buy leads online with a shopping cart and setting up campaigns and forms of payment using VeriSign. I developed a web site for a shipping company that allows the customer to track order status.
