Experienced in hiring/managing internal team and outside vendors. Represented the agency in press checks and photo art direction. Coordinated the creation of full project budgets, including specifications for general consumer and business-to-business advertising, direct marketing, catalog, collateral, corporate identity and color proofing for: Sears, Craftsman Club and OfficeMax. Managed six Designers (three of which were promoted) on regularly scheduled projects and special assignments.
