Commercial Insurance Litigation Served as defense counsel for six insurance companies in a diverse range of matters, including construction, personal injury and fraud suits. Drafted, argued and persuaded fact finder to grant summary judgment dismissing a case against one of counties largest developers.
Family Law Prepared and tried seven domestic relations matters involving assets of over $3,000,000. Drafted prenuptial agreement for client with assets in excess of $15,000,000.
