Developed and maintained large customer base over 19 year span , dedicating much time and effort .Handled the set up and contractual agreements of slaughterers and meat processors of both large and small scale , as well as chain and independent supermarkets to procure waste fat,bones,offal, feathers,hides ,condemned meats and grease .Coordinated with various Valley Protein plants ,general managers ,route managers ,office personnel , and drivers to manage and facilitate customers needs on a daily basis .Was assigned major accounts outside my service territory to manage and develop a working relationship based on good communication and attention to their needs .Also expanded company’s grease trap pumping operations with both chain and independent accounts .Specialized in locating and negotiating for large loads of condemned meat products for the company’s pet food division located in Mifflintown,Pa..

Originally hired as a Philadelphia ,Pa. sales representatives .Duties included maintaining stock of cookies and crackers within space allotted by national and local supermarket chains within my area .Was responsible for creating and building a relationship with store management in order to secure display space outside the snack isle and to support planned advertisement of our products .Built my assigned area into the top producing sales territory within the northeast region and was promoted to District Sales Manager in 1984 and was responsible for managing and motivating 7 sales reps .Also was responsible for major supermarket accounts and was required to visit buyers on a regular basis to secure add space and review promotional opportunities , all with the intention of giving sales reps more opportunity to sell more of the company’s line of products .
