Over 20 years of maintenance experience.

Managing/supervising the planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of TPM, preventive, predictive, and pro-active maintenance programs (with and without CMMS), with root cause failure and effect analyzing, inventory control, budgets, and machinery relocation, removal, installation and start-up.

In these years of experience, knowledge of various processing procedures also has been gained, with set-up, start-up, troubleshooting and synchronizing of removal and secondary equipment. Working extensively with Manuals, Schematics, Drawings, Blueprints, and many other Diagrams to successfully build, troubleshoot, rebuild, modify, improve, redesign, and maintain equipment to insure highest possible quality production rates using GMP,JIT, Kaizan, KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, Lock Out Tag Out, RJG, Six Sigma, SPC, and 5 S for safer, better production and quality procedures (Gaining up to 35% production increase.). Involved with the initial audits and finals for ISO 9002, ISO 14001, and numerous other audits.

Strengths in guidance, instructions, management and supervision of other and lesser skilled technicians and mechanics through various troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures. Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical (AC & DC)(single and 3 phase), PLCs (AB, Siemens, Modicon, Idec, Mitsubishi, etc), and Mechanical functions. Scope of experience and understanding of equipment includes, but not limited to proper wiring and rewiring of control panels, rebuilding and debugging all aspects of OEM specifications (or better).

The design and fabrication of special usage equipment. A wide variety of hands on knowledge gained on many types and brands of machinery. Including but not limited to, injection molding machines such as, Boy, Cincinnati-Milacron, Dima, Engel, HPM, IMPCO, JSW, Newbury, Reed, LG(Gold Star) , Nessei, Sandretto, Toshiba, Toyo, and Van Dorn. Blow Molding (Extrusion Blow Molding); Battenfield, Hartig, Hycon, Mauser, Rochleau, and Sterling(APV), including the maintenance and repair of the molds and dies that are used in this equipment. A variety of auxiliary equipment, such as, vacuum and pushing type of loaders: Novatech, Conair, IMS, and AEC; Robotics: Star, Stertech, AEC, Conair, Yushin, Whittmann, Cincinnati-Milacron, Sepro, and self designed; Plus grinders, mold heaters, conveyors, chillers, cooling units (open and closed loop types), advance indexing units, over/insert molding, and liquid fillers.

Other knowledge deals with veal processing plant, liquid fillers, metal stamping, wire cutting and termination presses, internal combustion engines, gas and electrical ovens, boilers, ammonia, air and vacuum compressors, conveying systems, cyclones, prototyping, secondary equipment to include but not limited to heat staking, deburring, sonic welding, insertion, vacuum forming, poke-yokes, punch presses, building construction and maintaining, handling sub-contractors within both a union and non-union environments
