RESEARCH/PROJECTS

Worked on research of Antiamoebic Activity of Cissampelos perriera in Standardization of Herbal Drug

Description- Pure drug was extracted from crude drug sample using one of the Extraction Procedures of Soxhlet Extraction. Different concentrations of the drug were obtained. The culture plate of amoeba was then prepared by injecting small sample into the nutrient medium & allowed to grow under aseptic conditions. Various replicas were then prepared from this plate using same method. The concentration of the drug at which the growth of microbe declined was then taken as the final reading of the project.

Hair care- Azadirachita indica (Neem) , Henna used in shampoos.

Skin Care-Olive oil, Palm oil, Aloe vera used in lotions & creams.

Mouth Care- Mint, Pepperment oil, Azadirachita indica used in gargles & Mouthwashes
