Fleet Manager

Duties: Manage day-to-day operations of the division’s trucks and equipment as well as maintain the administrative aspect of the fleet and drivers. Schedule and oversee all repairs and fabrication work to be done to keep each crew operating. I did this with no spare equipment, so it was very challenging to keep up with. Managed all the DOT qualifications for drivers and equipment (approximately twenty drivers and 100 major vehicles/pieces of equipment) All the trucks had specialized equipment configured to perform the cured in place lining with hydraulics being a big portion with several crews mobilizing to different parts of the Southeast. Implemented a maintenance program and put together all the DQ files and vehicles/equipment maintenance files.
