Work Experience

3 years of Planning Experience in Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) Project in Orissa State Govt. as District Planning Coordinator from 2008 to 2011.

Job responsibilities:

Assists the District Project Coordinator (DPC) in preparing the specific need based Annual Work Plan & Budget (AWP & B) for the District towards visioning the Universalization of Elementary Education(UEE).

Every other intervention head is responsible for Planning intervention, specific activities and programmes, the Planning Coordinator’s concerned encompasses all intervention. Being planning coordinator she monitors physical and financial progress made by every other intervention in continues manner.

Compiles data / information through field functionaries regarding educational profile of the District i.e. educational facilities, schooling facilities, un-served habitation, child population of 3 – 5 years and 6 – 14 years of age group, out of school children, enrolment, dropout, retention, transition etc.

Prepares the Micro Planning and School Mapping with active cooperation of D.I of Schools, S.I of schools, Coordinators, BRCC, Teachers and committee members and other line depts.

Assists to the DPC in devising suitable intervention strategies to mainstream / bring to school all out of school children through Alternative Innovative Education (AIE).

Implements Small Scale Research and Action Research Projects to improve educational status of the district.
