Supports the IT organization by collecting, evaluating, and translating business unit requirements into detailed specifications; communicates design requirements to the entire IT organization; and monitors and ensures that projects are delivered per specification and on time.
Performs tasks according to project lifecycle phases for new and current project site developments: Review and edit proposals to ensure IT language and budget are captured. Collect and document stakeholder and system design requirements using standard and company processes. Develop and execute IT project execution plans. Key Contributions:
Prepared and managed the development of the e-Discovery Decision Support Plan Information document and the accompanying proposal of cost options to retrieve data to be used by Technip’s Legal Department against suit from former customer. This document was accepted by the corporate legal staff and will be utilized in a U.S. Court.
Within 2 hours of assignment, quickly resolved network and telecommunication issues by converting analog trunk lines to VoIP lines for entire office site in Billings, MT. Before being assigned to task, site personnel experienced communication disruption for over 2 months where each person could only support 1 live call with another call on hold during this time. All other calls were dropped and ultimately a great deal of business was severely interrupted.
Led multiple PM training sessions for Houston Project Services team and mentored less experienced team members on using PMBOK processes in job duties.
Assigned as lead IT Project Analyst to develop departmental corporate procedures that did not previously exist. Subsequently, developed 2 procedures and was given the responsibility to review my colleagues’ procedures before submission for final review.

Maintained the physical and network security systems and life-safety systems at 54 GM sites including 28 manufacturing plants.
Provided assessments for successful systems integration solutions, delivered software review and pricing proposals to GM Global Security Technology management, configured systems, negotiated rates and proposals with third-party vendors, and performed data conversion to/from software.

Assessed and implemented voice recording systems used throughout all GM sites and plants as a result of September 11 attacks.
Worked on the Global Security Technology team responsible for integrating GM’s existing information and security network with the PeopleSoft HRMS implementation. Identified business and system requirements necessary to share information and security network data with PeopleSoft HR modules.
