Engergy Project Manager, Norampac-Cascades Paper Packaging Group

04/2010-Present

• In charge of all energy cost saving projects and constructions for 5 plants in Toronto

• Prepares process design specifications, calculations and drawings for projects in accordance with Cascades energy center design standards, reporting to the Production Manager. Manages equipment procurement process, including development of specifications and vendor relationships, definition of vendor scope of work, design review and periodic vendor shop inspections.

• Creating Bill of Materials and follow up with procurement for ordering.

• Prepare assessments of feasibility study reports completed by third parties to ensure technical viability of proposed capital projects to generate the anticipated energy and process improvements - including review of engineering drawings, capital cost estimates, and operating parameters.
