Senior Construction Administrator

Responsible for documentation and coordination of construction material submittals, shop drawings, (RFIs) and detail sketches (as required) for MGM City Center Project, Las Vegas, the largest, privately funded construction project in U.S. history.

Represented Architect of Record on the project. Attended weekly construction meetings with general contractor’s staff and ownership representatives. Assisted with scheduling, coordination issues and construction challenges, thereby moving the project forward. Made daily site visits to coordinate construction and clarify drawings. Was in constant communication with the General Contractor, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and owners’ representatives.

Areas of concentration: Cirque du Soleil Theater; Casino Sports Bar; and the Race & Sports Book for the Aria Hotel.
