Overhead Crane Service: I have worked for several overhead crane service companies in different capacities over these last years and developed more than 2,000 contacts and have created over 500 new accounts from N.J. to South Carolina. I have sold over 200 crane systems from ton thru 50 ton, and designed several “one of a kind” specialty systems for my clients. I sell and conduct safety training seminars for operators & presentations for industrial shows. In these capacities, I have been responsible for over 50 million dollars in sales.
Industrial Power Transmission Sales: Worked for a full line power transmission distributor to sell: motors, controls, gearboxes, bearings adhesives, maintenance chemicals, and several lines of AC and DC variable speed drives. Position entailed working with engineers to redesign their equipment to improve efficiency reliability of production lines. Expanded gross sales over 300%, while increasing the profit from the original 20% margin to over 40%.
Manufactures Representative: Covered a 5 state area selling: industrial vacuum pumps and HVLP blowers, and air knives. The traditional client base is the printing industry, which I was able to increase while expanding into new markets, such as: mass mailing operations, vacuum forming, can packaging, and hospital systems.
Telemarketing: Sold motors, air compressors, generators, controls, and related industrial products over a six state area. Developed and implemented prospecting strategies to obtain new customers and bring new products to market. Increased sales over 500%, and won more sales contests than any other individual in company history and recognized as a National Sales leader.
Safety Training Course: Prospect, sell, and teach operator certifications classes for overhead cranes. Territory covers NC., SC, and Ga.
