• Supervised the installation crew and activated systems per design specifications. Integrated the facility fire alarm monitoring system with the facility security system and the base siren system.

• Specified, designed, and supervised the installation of an intelligent fire alarm monitoring systems (Notifier/Uninet System) using state-of-the-art networking, base and building graphics (Auto Cad 12), Motorola Paging System Model 15, Industrial Alarm Monitoring System and a CCTV security system.

• Researched and composed Engineering Reports (ER) for NASA Langley Research Center that evaluated their existing facility-wide fire alarm systems and wiring schemes. Additional research was directed towards manufacturers of new fire alarm equipment to determine which systems available on the market would best integrate with existing equipment and wiring configurations at the lowest cost. $10 Million contract.

• Prepared cost proposals used as a basis for negotiations. An integral agent during successful negotiations that secured delivery/purchase orders and contract modifications.
