• Distribution & Retail Sales Management

- Channel Sales Development and Execution.

- Supply Chain Management Development.

• Ensuring productive, efficient & committed to delivering targeted sales numbers, quality of delivery as well as customer satisfaction and enhancing Dealers Health.

• Plan and coordinate BTL activities (Exhibitions, Display Van Activity, Mall Activations, Events, Dealer Meets, Signboard, Canopy Activities, etc) to get maximum Brand Exposure in the target market segment.

• Planning and Rolling out Exhibitions in semi urban & rural markets, esp. in towns to boost up the secondary sales & brand awareness.

• Coordination and control of the Outdoor Marketing Activities.

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the Marketing activities for HA (Home Appliances).

• BTL Vendor Management: Appoint new agencies, negotiate cost and ensure target achievement and smooth operations as per business objectives and timelines.

• Monitor and track monthly Marketing activities and Prepare MIS Report.

• Competition tracking for new launches, catalogues, pricing, brand wise market size & share.

• To execute the Business Plan Target V/S Achievement, Cash & carry for Brand & execute brand building.

• Maintaining ASP limits through tracking & control of Assigned territory.

• Responsible for all Operations like Sales by dealer network.

• Revenue Enhancement, and to resolve the service issues.

• Ensuring proper product positioning, availability & display of POP material at dealer outlet

• Scheme payout resolutions of Dealers.

• Develop the existing customers business.

• Developed Videocon ON Line Tracking of ISDS in Videocon with Help of Agency.

• Achieved a sales turnover of more than Rs. 60 mn with 50+ Exhibition in various towns and cities

Across the country in Videocon.

• Planned and coordinated the Marketing activities (for Videocon Group Brands) of Gwalior Trade Fair, with a Business Plan of Rs. 120 mn. Videocon stall at Gwalior Trade Fair won the Gold Medal for Excellent Stall Branding and Product Display. Awarded by Gwalior Trade Fair Authority.
