Responsibilities:

Document Controller – Multi Discipline (Engineering, Construction & Installation Projects) Working on EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) & DTACS – (Document Tracking & control System).

• In-charge of complete and full-fledged Documentation Management System. The documentation required to be managed by this system includes, complete range of Technical documentation like Drawings, Technical Specifications, Vendor Documents, Purchase requisitions generated from the Design / Construction phase, which are further utilized for As-built documentation / Final Hand-over Dossiers.

• Co-ordination with Client, Engineering Contractors, Joint Venture Partners, Subcontractors, Vendors, Project Management Team and other Inter Departments on Documentation related issues.

• Responsible for checking completeness of all document(s) etc, Controlling Incoming and Outgoing Drawings / Documents etc. Registration & issuance through EDM (Electronic Data Maintenance) System. Ensure correct revisions are issued to all dept. /parties. Timely issuance & distribution of all the Drawings / Documents to Client, Subcontractors, Engineering, PMT members & Inter Departments for further action / information.

• Update the Client / Third party return status for all documents / drawings in EDM (Electronic Data Maintenance) System and produce different types of reports as required by Engineering members from time to time.
