CAREER OBJECTIVE

As an experienced Mid-level General Building Estimator I want to continue within the general contracting industry or continue to work as a Senior estimator in the sub-contracting industry or try a new direction with an A/E company.

I also currently carry a “B” CDL license with Bus, Passenger & Air-Brake endorsements.

QUALIFICATIONS/DUTIES (Construction Estimator):

* Developed and delivered “Design Development, Schematic and GMP” milestone estimates to clientele for review and award.

* Proficient with PlanSwift, On-Screen Take-off (OST) and BluBeam for quantifying and survey and MC2 for costing to develop milestone estimates.

* Developed ITB bid packages for solicitation of hard sub-bids, including sub-lists, abstracts and abstracting of sub-bids for team review, processing of RFI’s during the bidding process for project addendum.

* Coordinated and priced COR’s for field operations.

* Proficient with Pro-Log. A software program utilized for developing transmittals, writing sub-contracts, maintaining field change order requests, change order logging, pricing and sub-contractor correspondence.

* Attended OAC field design meetings with pro-active involvement to make sure design stayed on schedule and most importantly that the client had a good understanding of construction techniques and products being designed and priced. Duties also included keeping of minutes for team distribution.

* Superior knowledge of Finish carpentry, Architectural woodwork and High-end interior finishes. Secondary knowledge of Ornamental metals, Storefront glass & glazing trades.
