Sole responsibility for benefits administration and management. Work closely with the

Management Team to develop, implement, educate and monitor for compliance all policies and

procedures. Administer employee relations and workers’ compensation claims/follow up.

Counsel management team on allegations/investigations of sexual harassment claims. Process

new hire and termination paperwork for all employees, including unemployment claims. Back-

up for employee, bi-weekly payroll.
