• Relocated and developed, planned and managed product development, manufacturing engineering, operations in El Paso and Mexico, product support and quality functions.

• Planned, designed, staffed and installed an electronic ballast manufacturing line to produce 120,000 electronic ballast per week based on a two-shift operation. Reduced cost by 10%.
