Responsible for planning, design and execution of Deck part of Spread Mooring (tensioning) system and Riser Pull-In System for Bumi Armada’s OYO FPSO project, including fairleads and chain-stoppers design and bidding and technical review for Winches, Sheaves and Rollers. Responsible for Catenary calculations and developing Initial Hook – up procedures. Close cooperation with client’s project team and class. Responsible for outsourcing, contracting and planning production of fairleads and chain stoppers.

Conversion of two Product Carriers to Bulk Carriers. Responsible to set overall strategy and budgeting, bidding and procurement of equipment, for overall commercial side and progress, quality, outsourcing, internal resourcing, documentation and interfacing with Class and Flag authorities and monitoring day to day performance of site team. In initial phase responsible for feasibility study of project and shipyard selection.
