Territory Manager (CO, UT, NM, WY)/Clinical Manager (Western Region)
As a Territory Manager, I was responsible for managing existing LTC accounts, providing business reviews, structuring product formularies, managing their incontinence budget, providing clinical education to all staff, maintaining strong relationships with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Directors of Staff Development, MDS Coordinators, and their distributor partners.
As a Clinical Manager for the western region, I traveled to the western states providing clinical management of their incontinence programs. Again, providing cost management, product utilization, clinical education to staff, reporting recommendations and findings to the Administrators of the facilities, the Account Managers, the Corporate Account Managers, and my Regional Vice President.
The corporate office for SCA Personal Care is located in Philadelphia, and I independently managed my schedule and appointments from my home office. I was responsible for setting my appointments, arranging my travel, managing my expense account, and providing detailed data entry in our global documentation system. A major part of this job was relationship building and maintenance with customers and my peers.

Serve as the facilitator of health and wellness for the students and faculty. Duties include basic triage of injuries that occur in the school or on the playground, and the determination of appropriate actions to be taken. Manage care of students with special medical issues (feeding tubes, administration of daily maintenance medications, administration of Epi-pens when required, and children with complicated Asthma requiring nebulizer treatments). Maintain and manage approximately 900 student health records and information. Communicate with parents concerns or trends seen in a child’s frequent visits, or maintain communication with a parent about the daily care of their child or children. Communicate information to teachers that pertain to their students’ important health concerns. Put together first aid kits and medications for children going on field trips. Annually coordinate the employee Flu shot Clinic. Facilitate and coordinate annually the Puberty Education Course for the 5th graders.
I was also the Program Coordinator for the implementation of the School Union’s Automated External Defibrillators. Duties for this include the selection of employees for AED training and distribution of AED trained employee lists as required. The coordination of training for emergency responders, maintain, on file, a specifications/technical information sheet for each approved AED assigned to each school, and communication with the medical director on issues related to the emergency response program including post-event reviews.

Employee Health Coordinator/Workman Compensation Nurse
Under general supervision, administered a health service for employees of the hospital, as well as maintained confidential medical records in the hospital for all employees.
Specific duties included performing all pre-employment physical examinations, and scheduled follow appointments as deemed necessary. Counseled employees if they needed to be evaluated for a health issue, or for a work related injury. Provided smoking cessation counseling and nicotine replacement products, with weekly follow-up. Provided immunizations as needed, referred to lab for titers to be drawn showing immunity. Performed respirator fit-tests for the use of N95 particulate respirators. Certified to plant PPD’s to test for TB. Maintained communication with the occupational medical provider, and worked together to facilitate employee’s safe return to work after a work related injury. Review employee charts for periodic or special audits. Recorded and maintained all pertinent health data on employees, whose charts remain in the employee health department.
