Work experience

Midway services

I spent the spring and summer months of 2011 working in the renovations department of Midway services. My duties included: hanging light fixtures, ceiling fans, installing locks and door knobs, assembling toilets and setting them; installing appliances such as refrigerators and ovens, installing ice makers and range hoods. I cut tile, wood and other materials. I know how to caulk, paint, mud and grout. I also was responsible for demo and punch work, and carrying all demolished and new materials up and down three floors.

UPS (United Parcel Service)

5 years as a UPS hub worker. Duties include: loading and unloading up to 150lb, moving 1300 packages an hour, and loading 500 packages an hour. Scanning bar codes and sorting each of them by address.

Pizza hut shift manager

5 years as a shift manager for pizza hut. Start managing at 17 years old. Duties include: inventory check, controlling labor, assigning tasks, insuring customer satisfaction.

Community Service and other skills

19 years of training and experience at public speaking as well as door to door conversation skills. I work regularly on the weekends (of my own volition) in my community meeting and helping people face to face. I have Organizing, scheduling and record keeping experience.
