Company had up to 45 employees. Sold business assets to Sturgeon/MYR Group.

Southwest Energy Solutions GF/Foreman Responsible for distribution, transmission, overhead and underground crews

C.D.B.E., Inc. Owner/Gen Mgr Responsible for all aspects of power line contract for distribution work and some underground, numerous jobs doing foundations and directional drilling. Also did numerous electrician jobs at water treatment plants, airports, ballfields, and other industrial jobs. Company had up to 75 employees. Sold business assets.
