Partnered with Sony Electronics marketing groups: systems were designed for simplicity and ease of use; systems also gathered valuable user interactions. Project Manager 1994 – 1995

Managed the design and development of an application specific WWW based, interactive set-top box, utilizing standard Internet protocols: TCP/IP, HTML, HTTP, FTP and PPP. The set-top box provided the consumer an easy to use display, which appeared on their television and connected them with information stored in an Oracle database.

Managed four onsite software engineers and two hardware engineers, using Sony’s PlayStation MIPS R3000 embedded platform.

Government Communications Group: Developed an X.25 link level firmware package, including device drivers, file managers and timers on a Motorola 68000 based system using a real-time operating system

Digital Signal Processing Group: Completely designed and developed all firmware for the AT&T USEC Echo Canceller consisting of two single board computers which monitored and controlled real-time performance of digital line interface and echo canceller cards
