Norgren Inc. – Littleton, CO 08/2006 to 06/2009
Norgren is a billion dollar business unit of IMI whose strategic focus is to providing engineering advantage to their
customer’s fluid power and motion control applications.

§ Developed and executed a robust marketing and sales plan that led to over $7m dollars in initial pipeline within
6 months of the startup; including design and development of the website, PR plans and collateral.

solutions and technologies that increase revenue by driving up impulse purchases.
Executive Director of Program Management & Innovation
· Managed the organization’s $5.5m in capital expenditure within the program and change management
practices, as well as championed the innovation processes to ensure we met or exceeded expectations for
growth.
· Developed and instituted a Program Management Office methodology and change management best
practices resulting in a significant increase in program execution and overall capital investment management
by decreasing average program timelines by 50% using PMI principles. Managed and mentored six program
managers – 3 out of 6 received their PMP certification
