I started working at Als minerals in sep,7,2007. I rapidly

moved from prep technician to shift supervisor after operating 2

machines, bringing production numbers to a whole new level.

As shift supervisor my duties were Reporting to the Branch

Manager, I managed a small team in the daily operations of the

laboratory to deliver results in an accurate and timely manner.

By 2010 I was promoted to lab supervisor over seeing all shift

supervisors and leads and responsible for all maintenance tasks

completed on time and the training of maintenance employees. I

can tear down and replace all tm and rhino rock jaw crushers

and rocklab rotary split crushers(Single and double stage crushing)I also

take care of all employee evaluations and discipline. I also have

the responsibility of all hiring and interview scheduling and new

employee start-up training records .

I then became asst.Manager some of My duties consisted

of all the above plus set-up and manage the daily crew talk

meetings of priorities and concerns of safety and quality issues. I

Also would setup and conduct bi-weekly safety meetings. I was

involved in monthly North America peer group manager

meetings for manager production/safety topics.

I also was responsible for all Inventory for the lab

supplies and warehouse supply. I would control all inventory

ordering in quantity supply, pricing monitoring, and order

follow-up. I have worked real close with most of the industrial

supply companies here in Fairbanks.

I also have had training in chemical clean-up and flammable

liquid handling/storage. I have c.p.r and first aid training and

equipment safety courses

I have training in incident report documents for loss time

safety issues/procedures. I am a very safe oriented employee and

have created/monitored the lab safety committee to assure all

ppe is in place and in active running order. I have had fire

extinguisher courses along with proper propane handling and

storage.

Very familiar in windows 7, excel, Microsoft word and

tracking scanning programs like starlims.I can setup and create

programs for inventory tracking and warehouse pallet sample

tracking. I can diagnose computers wedges and scanners for

easy fast input.

I have created many new procedures that all of u.s and north

America have in place now resulting in lowered loss time

incidents. For example new fabricated welded on handles with

rubber padding on crusher lids due to a high amount of loss

work claims of smashed fingers. I have also created and

developed many new equipment designs in the maintenance

department resulting in faster client turnaround time and quality

performance improvements. Worked directly with clients,

management to achieve quality and safety efficiency.

Core Qualifications:

Welding, Fabricating, Equipment failure diagnoses. Multimeter

knowledge such as Voltage drops, resistance checks, continuality

checks shamanic wiring diagram training.I am also trained in

obd1 and obd 11 and the brick for control management of

computer in automotive applications .

I’m forklift/skid steer certified thru als minerals.I also

handle all forklift and skid steer training for all employee’s.

upkeep and scheduled daily maintenance equipment checks

cedeline torch skills, skid steer hydraulic replacement,

Bearing/motor replacement, belts, shafts, seals, greasing,

Inventory, ordering,month end count. Tool inspection, lock out

tag out training and monitoring.

I can multitask and handle well under pressure in demanding

times. I accept change and procedure revisions well. I always try

to have a plan set goals of achievement for the following

morning/workday so no time is wasted. Another good quality I

have is I also understand that priority’s can change and new

plans of attack are necessary and need to be addressed in a well

planed and communicated discussion. I have obtained patience

in my time at als and well planned in a good calm attitude to

ensure good communication.

I have created/modified prep machines for guaranteed quality.

(ex.) light indication system telling when drill core samples are

in the crusher. I have monitored/ recorded data for best running

quality efficiency on prep mining machines of all kinds(tm, essa

rock labs exc.
