Objective
I am an enthusiastic and driven individual keen to join the Hospitality/Tourism Industry and make my future career in this trade. I will be completing my degree programme in Tourism and Hospitality in May 2011 and eager to enhance my learning and past experience in the industry under a rewarding employer.
I am honest, hardworking, and responsible and have a positive work ethic. In this trade, where engaging with the customer and being proactive towards their requirements is the key to success, I believe my approachability and excellent communication skills will be very useful.

I am currently employed on a part time basis at Travelex Agency Services since January 2007, as a Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant.
Skills and Capabilities
As a mother and a student, time management is a skill I have perfected, allowing me to juggle work, college and home successfully.
I am able to prioritise my work and work to a deadline.
I am punctual, honest and hardworking and always strive to do the best whatever task I undertake.
During my time as a flight stewardess, I have dealt with numerous situations in relation to customer service. This experience, I believe, will be very useful in any employment dealing directly with customers.
My current situation, too, brings me face to face with customers, and this has added to my experience in dealing with customers. I have also performed duties above and beyond my rank as delegated by the Manager, including training new staff and assisting with administrative duties.
I am capable of working as part of a team as well as using my initiative and working alone, if necessary.
I have excellent IT and communication skills and I am willing to learn and undergo training as deemed necessary.
As a FE Sales Consultant I have gained valuable training in Anti-Money Laundering procedures and experience in handling large amounts of money, banking cash, ordering and managing stationary, and dealing with petty cash purchases.
Hobbies
Any spare time I have is usually spent reading books or watching a movie. I also have a keen interest in current affairs.
