 Reported to the business unit President and responsible for the total operations group management including; project management, manufacturing/modular build, installation, commissioning, quality system management, service, spare parts sales, repair and return, training and documentation, departmental budgets and capital expenditures.

 Developed and implemented the Durr project management system within the APT USA business unit, based on the principles of the Project Management Institute.

 Successfully combined the manufacturing/modular build and installation groups into one team and enhanced project execution efficiency by up to 10% per project.

 Implemented monthly cross functional team meetings to further the continuous improvement process and actively participated in international sales, technical and management meetings.

 Managed the introduction of Agile configuration management software to provide an interface between SolidWorks CAD software and JD Edwards ERP/MRP applications, enabling real standards to be produced, resulting in major cost efficiencies and a reduction in engineering time per project.

 Actively participated in international technical and product harmonization meetings with the German product and development groups.

 Instituted regular, daily and weekly, review meetings between the engineering and manufacturing groups to facilitate fast and efficient problem resolution and continuous improvement.
