Retail Build Out Projects

Managed retail build outs for national, regional, and local clients throughout the continental US and Canada. Worked closely with clients, architects, landlords, mall managers, subcontractors, labor unions, suppliers and building officials to produce On Time and On or Below Budget projects and repeat customers.

Retail Big Box Projects

Served as project/site manager on several multimillion-dollar Big Box projects that included LEED Certification. Methane abatement, precast, tilt up wall, CMU’s. Performed qualification of bidders, managed on line bidding, assisted in zoning and permitting issues. Compose scopes of work for all CSI Divisions. Manage change orders and drawing revisions, prepare close out documents.

Health Care Projects

Led all phases of renovations to skilled care and hospital projects. Build out of new medical imaging (MRI, CAT, Multiple Modality) facilities to the highest standard in a highly technical and challenging field.

Other Construction Projects

Completed diverse construction/demolition projects, including the ground-up construction of convenience stores, petroleum stations and restaurants; government office building renovation, industrial and automotive manufacturing facility improvements, remodels of fast food restaurants, and other diversified projects.
