The data that needs to be collected for Health Care FSA enrolment is Election amount per pay period. Annual maximum cannot exceed $5,000. The data that needs to be collected for Child Care Subsidy is Spouse/domestic partner’s current gross annual base salary, which will need to be added to the employee’s annual base salary to determine eligibility. If total annual income is $50,000 or less employee is eligible for $200 per month. If the total annual income is between $50,000.01 - $81,000 is eligible to receive $125 per month. Employees with a total annual income over $81,000 are not eligible for this program. Main purpose of this enhancement is to reduce data integrity errors between SAP, PCPW and Conexis.

Changes to the T-Mobile U.S.A employee’s personal (e.g. address) and banking information would also be uploaded from a secured file directory by XIGN. Accounts Payable would like to remove the manual human input process that currently exists today to set up employee account in XIGN. By this process, employees will be able to login via the web into “MyWorklife” and update the bank information and activate the payment cycle.
