Working As Manager-Production with Saint Gobain Ceramic Materials l Bhutan PVt Ltd..For Silicon Carbide Production

Worldwide the Group's business is organized into five verticals namely Glass, Building Materials, Building Products Distribution, Distribution and High Performance Materials. Saint Gobain setting a plant in Bhutan near phuentsoling for the production of Silicon Carbide. Project is going on. The Production capacity of the plant will be 26000MT SiC /yr.

Current Responsibility:-

As Production Head Looking After The Productions Planning & Operation, Quality Control. Budget Planning & All.

Also Working with Project Group For expansion.

Exp Of working In Green Field Project & Successful Commissioning

Previous Organization: -

Jindal Stainless Ltd. is an ISO 9000 & 14001 certified company, which is setting a new plant in Jajpur, orissa. This plant is already having 2 X 60 MVA SAF for the production of HCFC, 2 X 27 MVA SAF

for Ferro Manganese and two 125 MW captive power plant in operation. Project is going on for setting up of another two 125MW captive power plant, coke oven and SMS, Rolling Mill Etc.

Experience:-

Project Exp: Experience of working in a Green-Field project( 1Yr) for setting up 2 X 60 MVA SAF, which includes the followings

• Supervision of Civil Jobs.

• Storing of Materials as per sequence of their use.

.

• Material procurement as per the requirement.

• Assembling and Erection of Furnace equipments and their alignment.

• Experience of working in refractory lining of a newly made furnace.

• Commissioning of 2 X 60MVA SAF for production of High Carbon Ferro-Chrome.

Operational Exp: Experience of working as a shift in charge (1Yr) & 2 Yrs As furnace In-Charge for the production of High Carbon Ferro Chrome. Followings were the list of responsibilities:

• Production of High Carbon Ferro Chrome.

• Production Planning & Reporting

• Quality Control of the product

• Material procurement as per the requirement of operation

• Co-ordination with other departments for the smooth operation of both the furnaces.

• Dispatch of the product to store.
