* As business office administrator at Edward Jones, Inc. I helped individuals understand their investments, transferred money for clients, answered multiple phone lines, imported and transferred data on a daily basis.
* As Business Office Manager at Cherrywood Health Care Center I took care of the Residents’ Trust Accounts and assisted with obtaining Medicare/Medicaid payments as well as all insurance benefits, posting to proper accounts, depositing monies into corporate account and reconciling checking account.
