Validation & Calibration Carried out

1. Validation of autoclave using biological indicator and temperature mapping study with different load pattern as per WHO cGMP guidelines.

2. Validation of hot air oven for the depyrogenation of glass articles used for BET test with challenging the known Endotoxin load and with temperature mapping studies.

3. Mapping of incubators, refrigerators used in micro lab.

4. Calibration of micropipettes.

5. Calibration of pH meter.

6. Calibration of balance as per guidelines.

7. Enumeration and isolation of environmental isolates of the sterile block and maintaining the culture of same

8. Validation carried out for the effect of U.V.lamp of pass box of sterile facility to check the effectiveness on the closed and open media plates

9. Validation of disinfectant used in micro lab and sterile facility, for contact time study and effectiveness.
