2005 – 2010; White Oak Design and Display LP. Design and Manufacturer of Point of Purchase Displays.

Instrumental in merging B&H Unlimited with White Oak Design and Display LP. Served as Vice President of Operations overseeing engineering, production, sales, process management (work flow, shipping and receiving), plant management (maintenance, safety, codes compliance) and personnel management (hiring, productivity, discipline, departure).
