1993 – 2005; B&H Unlimited Inc. Design & Manufacturer of Point of Purchase Displays.

Founder, owner and operator. Successfully started and maintained 4 operating plants. Completely organized and set up the plant, ran all air lines and all electrical lines with the help of an electrician and installed all equipment. Made sure plant was capable to accommodate the moving of machines where needed during the manufacturing process. Experienced in all aspects of manufacturing, purchasing, designing, estimating, maintenance, and a quick learner with excellent people skills. Managed 30-50 employees and 6-10 million dollars in annual sales.

2005 – 2010; White Oak Design and Display LP. Design and Manufacturer of Point of Purchase Displays.

Instrumental in merging B&H Unlimited with White Oak Design and Display LP. Served as Vice President of Operations overseeing engineering, production, sales, process management (work flow, shipping and receiving), plant management (maintenance, safety, codes compliance) and personnel management (hiring, productivity, discipline, departure).
