DUTIES INCLUDED: Utilized Medisoft software to admit, checkout, and update patient status. Made sure all the necessary paperwork and patient educational information was in the chart and ready for the doctor. Filed charts and checked that all information within was in the correct order. Had the doctor sign any physical forms or shot records requested from a patient, then called patient and informed them that the paperwork was ready for pickup.
