Working as a member of the ENO team, worked to resolve WAN and LAN issues that affect the AT&T corporate and shared environments

Responsible for conduction circuit testing and the repair/replacement of trouble circuits.

Responsible for updating topology diagrams and detailing all network changes that were coordinated.

I was responsible for polling and responding to any snmp alerts found within the network. This also required me to proactively dispatch field techs to look at CSU/DSU issues and alarms. If sufficient cause was found, I would work with the field techs to acquire and implement new routers and switches to replace failed devices.

GNI also was responsible for handling any change requests that may be needed to facilitate new network connectivity.

As a member of the GNI team, I handled the planning and implementation of internal dmz environments. This typically consisted of working with a server admin to determine the amount of servers that would be used to run their application, the amount of network connections needed based on the server count and the protocols and endpoint devices that needed access to their application. With these details in hand, I would order any additional switches that may be needed, configure the access ports and trunked vlans, add routing for any new subnet reservations and provision firewall rules for any firewall between the source server and the endpoint devices.
